Diversity comes in many shapes, with this understanding, I’ve worn many hats from a very young age and across many different industries and functions. I started in a structured multinational corporate environment and transitioned into an entrepreneurial self-employed role for close to 15 years, and finally 3 years back I took a corporate project-base role once again. Such experience has enhanced my experience in the decision-making process, formulation and implementation of strategies and lead.
